As the company Director, it is my responsibility to oversee all sales and service related issues, payments to suppliers, HR duties, managing end of year accounts, VAT returns and monthly reconciliation, cash flow and forecasting as well as office interior designer, final decision maker on Fat Friday supplies and lead choreographer. The most important part of my job is to keep the team motivated. I find supplying office doughnuts, chocolate and sweets is an easy enough motivator.
I have been in various sales and customer service roles for nearly 30 years. I was working with a local skip hire company in Carlisle before joining Supply It in 2013.
I am a typical wild Yorkshire man, who escaped from Donny (Not as bad as Rotherham but better than Barnsley) and moved to the peaceful countryside of Cumbria over 12 years ago. Although nothing is ever peaceful around me! I’m a fun-loving, erratic, passionate friendly guy who likes get the job done and keep customers and staff happy.

I like spending time with my family, travelling and watching football, happy crappy bright socks. I also like to keep myself fit and healthy as retiring with one lung and a beer belly doesn’t sound like fun to me!
Dislikes
Bins without bags, mis-selling of government grants, copper change, the constant dropping of my iPhone, a rogue eyebrow hair, rich football teams who buy success and grumpy looking cats.
